Our deep cleaning " EXTRA TOUCHES" services are also available and provide extensive cleaning to every corner of your home. With an additional fee that can be added to your standard cleaning when booking, just click on "deep cleaning extra touches" and add it to your cart. Please note prices may very on square footage and final cost will be determined once our team is on site.

**Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a $45.00 charge**
If our team member arrives for a scheduled booking, but they’re unable to gain entry or get started a $45 to $60 Fee will be charged for a no show.
We expect our team members to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability. Your professional will arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able. At the same time we understand traffic and other occurrences happen.
Please allow one hour after your appointment is scheduled to begin, before reporting lateness.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds once the cleaners have started.
Yes, with your furry mates, all our team members are comfortable. Our office manager will ask you about your pet and any special instructions for its care when we are in your home.
It is up to you if you feel comfortable. Our maids are trustworthy!
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key.
2. You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
